Validation/Calibration of test equipment and measuring instrumentsIFTS calibration/validation department carries out on-site controls of the instruments equipping the IFTS test benches of our clients manufacturers of aeronautical, automobile and hydraulic filters worldwide. Our customers daily test their filters on IFTS test benches.
The service includes:
- Preliminary checking of the instruments
- Any corrections if adjustment is possible
- Final check if a correction has been made
- Dismantling, cleaning and re-assembly of devices and of parts which may have been subject to degradation
- Submission of a check report for each instrument checked
- Discussion with test and maintenance managers with a view to implementing any preventive actions
- The certificates of the working standards we use are provided on demand
