and TECHNIQUES of SEPARATION

New extended facilities for wear and tear tests

FTS testing facilities are completed by new equipments to evaluate resistance of hydraulic and mechanic component to wear and tear by particles in hydraulic fluids, fuels or lubricants.

Tests can be run over thousand hours in precisely controlled conditions. All parameters specified by the customer are followed up, recorded and processed.

It allows quantifying the impact of particle size, number and types on any parameter characteristic of the component behavior and performances: energy consumption, hydraulic or energetic yield, temperature, response time, pressure, flowrate.
